Calmiq is designed as a private emotional support tool. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

- Messages you send in Talk sessions so the app can provide AI-assisted support.
- Voice recordings you choose to send for transcription. Audio is processed and discarded; it is not stored as an audio file.
- Journal entries, Calm protocol usage, ratings, preferences, and profile settings you create.
- Basic usage, diagnostics, purchases, and analytics when enabled for app operation and improvement.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide personalized emotional support, session continuity, guided resets, journaling, and insights.
- To operate subscriptions, restore purchases, enforce fair-use limits, and maintain the service.
- To improve reliability, safety, feature quality, and abuse prevention.
- We do not sell your personal data.
Security And Retention
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in secure backend systems. Voice recordings are transcribed and discarded. We keep account and product data only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve issues, and support user requests.
Your Choices
You can request account deletion, deletion of specific app data, data export, or privacy support by contacting support@calmiq.app.
Children
Calmiq is not intended for users under 13 years of age. The first beta is intended for adults.
